We're a venture-backed biotech who have patented an ultra-high-throughput function-first method to discover rare mono/bispecific antibodies with unique functional properties. In the case of bispecifics, we augment this with massive combinatorial libraries that can simultaneously evaluate different paratopes, Fc functions, hinge flexibilities, and geometry, leading to the discovery of highly differentiated drug candidates.
Our internal pipeline is focused on agonists of immune-cell targets that can suppress the activity of specific immune cells in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases without depletion.
We recently closed our first partnership with a pharma-backed biotech, focused on discovering hyperinternalizing bispecific antibodies for drug delivery and are interested in partnering with other like-minded companies to develop best-in-class internalizing antibodies for their own Drug, Oligo, or Radio-Conjugate programs.
