EndoFold is a biotech startup programming endogenous protein carriers of RNA for therapeutic gene delivery. Its proprietary, physics-based algorithms enable design of targeting moieties and engineering of RNA carriers for cell-specific, non-immunostimulatory delivery. The first of such designs achieved 2-3X higher entry in immune cells than the current state-of-the-art. Current focuses include delivery of immuno-oncology and oncology payloads.
