The Duke New Ventures group (DNV) helps bring Duke technologies to market through the formation of new start-up companies. DNV provides experienced business, commercial, and financing advice, as well as introductions to capital, potential executives, specialized experts, and access to internal translational funding.
DNV is part of Duke's Office for Translation and Commercialization (OTC), which works closely with Duke innovators, industrial partners and the venture community to enrich the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem and to foster the transfer of Duke technologies from the lab to the market.
