Dualitas Therapeutics is developing novel next-generation bispecific antibody therapies in the immunology and inflammation space.
Our discovery engine functionally screens novel bispecifics at surfaceome scale encompassing targets for T cells, B cells, mast, and myeloid cells. We have identified novel immune cell engagers that are able to significantly enhance the activity of numerous immune pathways.
Our portfolio programs target allergic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, celiac, and various additional immunology diseases. Our lead programs target commercially validated pathways with a bispecific that utilizes a novel proximity engager arm to significantly enhance the activity of the validated pathway. The programs have demonstrated differentiated data (in vitro and in vivo) vs commercial blockbuster agents.
