Through exclusive licenses from J. Doudna (UCal) and C.Castro (OSU), DNA Nanobots folds target genes to be their own gene delivery vector. We are developing a portfolio of non-viral, DNA-based genobots which can deliver significantly larger genes (up to 15 kb) with little/no immunogenicity (enabling multiple dosing), with less off-target toxicity at lower cost (greater market access). These larger genes are undeliverable by current LNPs/AAVs, leaving many genetic diseases untreatable.
