Cell Therapies Pty Ltd (CTPL) is a globally connected, Australian-based CDMO specializing in the development, clinical translation, and commercial manufacture of cell and gene therapies. Based at the Peter Mac Cancer Centre in Melbourne, CTPL operates 13 GMP cleanrooms, including high-throughput suites capable of commercial-scale manufacture (up to 2,000 doses/year). We are the only TGA-licensed facility in Australia producing living cell therapies at commercial volumes and have passed inspections by the TGA, FDA, EMA, and PMDA.
We offer GMP manufacturing, cryopreservation, cold chain logistics, process development, and regulatory support. CTPL partners with global biotechs to run trials in Australia, leveraging the CTN scheme and R&D tax incentives. Our hybrid model delivers end-to-end services under one roof — from first-in-human to commercialization — helping clients accelerate timelines and manage risk.
CTPL serves as a regional hub for APAC CGT innovation and clinical access.
