At CaleoBio, we’re advancing next-generation, patient-derived Organ-Dish (OD) models that move beyond reductionist organoids and animal systems. ODs are self-organizing models that recapitulate native tissue structure and function ex-vivo. By integrating epithelial, mesenchymal, and immune components, they enable high-fidelity modeling of immune dysregulation, wound repair, and barrier dysfunction.
