BIONANOPHARMA is a Drug Delivery Company, belonging to Insud Pharma Group, with an electronebulization and electrospinning EU-GMP approved site.
Our patented technology platform allows for tailor made release profiles of drugs. The use of room temperature conditions make it particularly suitable for mAbs, ADCs, proteins, enzymes, RNA, vaccines, etc., or complex small molecules such as olignonucleotides or peptides.
We use nanofibers for the development of buccal, sublingual, transdermal or ophthalmic patches as well as oral dissolving films or inserts.
Our electronebulization unit is particularly suited for:
- Increase bioavailability (BCS II, III, IV)
- Inhalation and nasal delivery
- LAI
Our process is fully scalable, uses commercially available pharma grade excipients and we can work from a few mg all the way to tons
Our facilities have a current yearly manufacturing capacity of 10 Tons in fibers and 10 Tons in particles
