BioAlberta
- Public, NPO, govt., economic development
BioAlberta is a member-driven, industry association that represents and advocates for Alberta's vibrant and diverse life sciences industry. BioAlberta's mandate is to foster and grow Alberta's life science sector through advocacy and investor attraction and economic development.
BioAlberta has partnered with the National Institute for Health and Care Research to establish NIHR's first Virtual Office in Canada, bringing together researchers, companies and founders to support Alberta and Canada's life science companies. BioAlberta partners with Axialbridge to create the BRIDGE program to support Canadian companies looking to establish in the UK and Northern Ireland.
We look forward to meeting investors, agencies and companies desiring to learn more about Alberta, Canada's growing life sciences sector, which contributes over $1.9B to the Alberta economy and houses leading edge research at the University of Alberta, University of Calgary and University of Lethbridge.
