Atticus Pharma is a therapeutics company focused on immunodermatology and associated conditions. Atticus's technology establishes a depot of drug in the stratum corneum and hair follicles and releases drug to the epidermal layer of cells in a sustained release manner (hours to days). We have the ability to deliver small molecules, biologics, and siRNA.
Our lead clinical programs are in cutaneous lupus (IND enabling) and androgenic alopecia (currently in a double blind, placebo controlled clinical trial with interim data in September). We are also interested in partnering with companies that are active in immunodermatology to deliver APIs to the epidermis.
