Anthelos mission is to offer a portfolio of specialized research tools for drug discovery and molecular diagnostics. Anthelos offers a full suite of LNP formulation and analysis services, including preparation, optimization, stability tests, and efficacy studies in diverse cellular, human organoid and small animal models. We offer LNP biodistribution evaluation, detailed preclinical immunogenicity and toxicity profiling with optional histopathology and blood chemistry analysis to assess safety and tolerability. We perform longitudinal efficacy studies in disease-relevant models (cancer, genetic disorders, infectious diseases). Anthelos develops novel chemical synthetic routes to prepare NCEs and reagents for LNP and nucleic acid production.
In addition to its services, based on its expertise in chemistry and animal models, Anthelos is actively seeking partners for technology collaborations and joint therapeutic LNP development projects around our LNP and in vivo platforms.
