Abogen Biosciences is China’s leading mRNA company. Abogen's Covid 19 mRNA vaccine was proven safe and effective in two Phase III trials that enrolled more than 30,000 human subjects (this vaccine was approved under EUA in Indonesia). We have established an end-to-end proprietary technology platform that includes AI-driven protein and RNA sequence optimization, mRNA/saRNA/cirRNA design, synthesis, delivery, and commercial scale manufacturing of mRNA-LNP products in liquid/frozen/lyophilized forms. We have a large library of proprietary cationic lipids with superior delivery efficiency and safety profiles than industry benchmarks. We have also successfully developed a T-cell targeting tLNP for in vivo CART. We are seeking partners interested in licensing our technologies and/or collaborating with us to develop new genetic medicines.
