Artemis, powered by ABC Labs, are a unique series of prospective longitudinal studies utilizing the research infrastructure in Sweden to uncover foundational insights into health and biology - designed for AI training data, biomarker, clinical trials, therapeutic R&D applications in precision health and artificial intelligence, starting in GLP-1 and cardiometabolic research, including obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular indications.
One of the first applications is to better understand GLP-1 through combining genetics, biometrics, lifestyle, and environment over time with serial bio banked samples and participant-linked data from globally-unique medical and socioeconomic registries.
Artemis was spun out of ABC Labs, an impact project that grew into the largest pandemic lab in Sweden conducting up to 30% of total testing with public health contracts exceeding USD 180 million and R&D that led to three national screening programs and 9 publications.
