Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Check-In:
The EAC Check-in Desk, located in the SW Labor Entrance on Level 0, is where Exhibitor Appointed Contractors go to access the exhibition daily. If pre-registered, you will be able to check-in, pick up a wristband and enter the exhibition to supervise your daily booth builds. Onsite registration will be available for those who did not submit their registrations by the deadline. EACs must provide a photo ID to the EAC Check-In Staff.

Exhibitor Booth Personnel (EBP) Check-In:
Exhibitor Booth Personnel (EBP) Check-in, located in the North Lobby Exhibit Hall Entrance on Level 1, will distribute temporary access badges to exhibitors that need to enter the exhibition prior to the open of registration. If you do not have your registration confirmation, please have a business card and photo ID available to provide to the EBP Check-In Staff. EBPs are required to wear BIO provided badges to access the exhibition.

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors may continue to set-up after 7:00 PM, however re-entry will be prohibited.
*Exhibit Booth Personnel (EBP) and Business Forum Attendees are allowed on the exhibition floor 30 minutes prior to open of Business Forum and 30 minutes after the exhibition closes Tuesday through Thursday. Only Exhibiting Company Badges will have FULL access to the hall before official Exhibition hours. Business Forum Badges will only have Business Forum access.
**Check the Target Floor Plan for Freight Delivery Times
All artists hired by exhibitors to perform at In-Booth events including the Hospitality Receptions, must have wristbands to access the exhibit hall. As the exhibitor participating in the receptions, you can stop by the floor manager’s desk at the beginning of aisle 1600 and pick up wristbands for your artists. You will be responsible for distributing them to the artists before the event. If there are any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Donate to local organizations by giving BIO your leftover booth items like office supplies, giveaway bags, furniture, etc. from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 7th. The donations area will be set up at the floor manager’s desk in the front of Aisle 1600. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the interest of safety and injury prevention, no one under 21 years of age (infants included) will be permitted in the exhibit hall during move-in, the duration of the Exhibition, and move-out. Show Management reserves the right to require proof of age prior to admission to the Exhibition.
