We're gearing up for the 2018 BIO International Convention and want to make sure our exhibitors are ready to go too! The Exhibitor Service Kit is now available through the Exhibitor Dashboard, Convention website and Freeman website giving your company several options for accessing important exhibitor information. Full of in depth content, it's highly recommended that your staff and exhibitor appointed contractors (if using one) review the kit tabs and get familiar with the Convention. Reviewing the kit and ordering in advance also saves you time and money pre-event and during the move-in/move out process.
Visit our Exhibitor Resources page for information like the Exhibit Display Guidelines and BIO ExhibitionSchedule. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com for detailed questions prior to the release of the kit.
BIO partners with Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association (EACA) to assist with ensuring your selected contractor has the proper credentials to install and dismantle any services for your booth. Although contractors make an agreement of services with the exhibitor, they must register with EACA in order to enter the hall during move in. Registration instructions are available through the EACA guidelines in the service kit in case you have any questions. Please note: the guidelines contain information holding the exhibiting company responsible for any remaining balances at the end of the exhibition. We recommend several conversations with your contractor regarding budgets to ensure there are minimal surprises onsite once billing is processed.
