Loop Bio is a Biohaven Pharmaceuticals spinout developing a novel pharmacotherapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Tourette Syndrome (TS), and related neuropsychiatric conditions. Our lead, LP-1015, is a prodrug of 2-pyridylacetic acid (2-PAA), the active metabolite of betahistine.
