Kopra Bio uses genetically engineered viruses to reprogram cancer cells to make cancer cures. The team has developed our InViTE (In Vivo Tumor Engineering) platform that selectively infects solid tumor cells and reprograms them into produce therapeutic payloads. Our lead asset, KB-516, achieved a 90% complete response rate in aggressive preclinical solid tumor models and is slated to enter the clinic in early 2027.
