Dx&Vx is a public Korean biotech company listed on KOSDAQ (180400). Dx&Vx is one of the most innovative companies with uniquely differentiated pipelines and platforms.
Dx&Vx is advancing highly differentiated pipelines, including:
- Cancer
- Oral GLP-1 RA small molecule
- Dry Eye Disease
: AVI-4015 is a novel ophthalmic therapy for Dry Eye Disease (DED)
Dx&Vx also owns enabling platforms, including:
- Universal Nucleic acids stabilizing platform
- Next-generation cell-penetrating peptide platform(ACP)
- NGS platform
- K-Sensor
Beyond R&D, Dx&Vx provides molecular diagnostic products and services, microbiome-based health supplements, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in the Korean market. In addition, Dx&Vx is developing a universal COVID vaccine (Phase 1 complete) and a universal antiviral therapy (preclinical stage).
Our parent company, Coree Group, offers additional strategic growth potential across its expanding businesses.

Lead Product in Development:
1. Anticancer Peptide (OVM-200)
Clinical phase 1a and 1b has been successfully completed in UK. Clinical phase 2 is going to be conducted in Korea, China and India.
2. Oral GLP-1 RA for Obesity
Two patents have been filed, and in vivo weight loss data for the small-molecule GLP-1 RA will be available in 2Q, followed by GLP tox data in 3Q.
3. Dry Eye Disease (DED) New Drug
Current DED therapies still face unmet needs, including slow onset of relief and patient discomfort. AVI-4015 is a first-in-class, DDR1-targeting therapy designed to suppress ocular surface inflammation and protect the cornea and conjunctiva by reducing DDR1 signaling. As a repurposed candidate, it is supported by existing safety and tolerability data, de-risking adverse events. Phase 1 is complete, and Phase 2 is in preparation.
4. Universal Nucleic acids stabilizing platform
A single manufacturing process enables ultra-long-term storage for over 10 years at room temperature. This is the pipeline selected for the first Korean ARPA-H project with the theme of developing an mRNA room-temperature storage platform and establishing a LNP mass production process.
5. Next-generation cell-penetrating peptide (ACP)
Advanced cell penetrating peptide(ACP) is originated by HIV- nucleo-capsid, that kind of high efficient drug delivery system and platform technology. ACP can conjugate with various cargoes and solves impermeability and low delivery issues such as BBB. ACP can also be utilized to improve solubility of various API with poor solubility in water
6. NGS platform
Self-Assembly Monolayer NGS particles that generate single-sequence multi-functional particles via emulsion-free on-bead bridge PCR, then 2D self-assemble into a high-density monolayer on unpatterned flow cells—removing costly surface patterning/micro-well etching, simplifying the workflow, and aiming to improve template fidelity, accuracy, scalability, and cost versus conventional clustering.
7. K-Sensor
A world-first multiplex detector capable of diagnosing multiple diseases from urine in a single system.

When you expect your next catalyst update?
The timing of the next key catalyst update is expected to be gradual over the next 6–12 months, rather than a single fixed event date, as it depends on multiple clinical and development milestones across our pipeline.
In the near term, the most likely updates will come from:
Oral GLP-1 RA program: in vivo weight loss data expected in 2Q and GLP tox data in 3Q.
AVI-4015 (dry eye disease): progression toward Phase 2 initiation, with regulatory and clinical updates expected within the next development cycle
OVM-200 (anticancer peptide): continued readouts and expansion of Phase 1b/1/2a studies across multiple regions
Platform technologies (ACP, NGS, K-Sensor, nucleic acid stabilization): potential early partnership or licensing discussions, which may serve as non-clinical catalysts at any time depending on external interest
Overall, we expect the next meaningful value inflection updates to emerge progressively, with the most significant near-term catalysts concentrated in mid-to-rate 2026, driven by candidate selection, clinical progression, and potential licensing-out activities.
What is your next catalyst (value inflection) update?
1. Oral GLP-1 RA (Obesity)
In vivo weight loss data for the small-molecule GLP-1 RA (expected in 2Q)
2. AVI-4015 (Dry Eye Disease)
Start of Phase 2 clinical trial preparation
3. OVM-200 (Anticancer peptide)
Phase 1b (UK) completed
4. Universal Nucleic Acid Stabilization Platform
Early demonstration of room-temperature mRNA and LNP stability
