When you expect your next catalyst update?

October 2026

What is your next catalyst (value inflection) update?

Daiichi Sankyo will have five practice-changing launches in 2026, including four new breast cancer indications for Enhertu and Datroway, as well as the company’s first-ever launch in small cell lung cancer with ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXd). The launch of Enhertu in first-line HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer (link) has been underway since the beginning of 2026, with two additional indications approved for Enhertu (link) in HER2 positive early stage breast cancer and one new indication for Datroway (link) in first-line metastatic triple negative breast cancer within one week in May 2026. The company’s next catalyst will be the pending U.S. approval of ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXd) in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer by the PDUFA date of October 10, 2026, which potentially would be the third DXd antibody drug conjugate (ADC) to be approved for Daiichi Sankyo.
