B-HEALED™ is AgenT’s lead diagnostic product in development: a predictive blood test designed to identify individuals aged 55+ with mild cognitive impairment who are likely to progress to Alzheimer’s dementia symptoms.
B-HEALED™ is being evaluated in APOLLO II, a pivotal clinical validation study using approximately 1,100 longitudinal plasma samples from more than 20 retrospective cohorts across the US, Europe, and Australia. The study is designed to validate the algorithm’s ability to predict progression from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer’s dementia symptoms using baseline blood samples linked to long-term clinical follow-up. The APOLLO II readout is expected in Q4 2026 and is intended to support AgenT’s future FDA De Novo submission strategy.

AgenT’s next value inflection point is the launch of its first HORIZON™ pharma pilot in summer 2026, using the platform in a clinical trial or retrospective plasma sample analysis to support patient stratification, pathway monitoring, and treatment-response assessment in CNS drug development.
This will be followed by two major clinical validation catalysts: the APOLLO II readout for B-HEALED™ in Q4 2026, evaluating the algorithm’s ability to predict progression from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer’s dementia symptoms, and the APOLLO II readout for B-AHEAD™ in Q1 2027, focused on prediction from cognitively healthy status to Alzheimer’s dementia symptoms. These milestones are expected to support AgenT’s regulatory strategy and accelerate commercial partnering with pharma, biotech, and clinical laboratory networks.
