2T Therapeutics partnership is a project between ODDIFACT SAS (AI regulatory intelligence platform, Paris) and Mabion S.A. (EU-GMP certified biologics CDMO, Warsaw Stock Exchange). We are co-developing MabionCD20, a branded anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, as the first approved CD20 therapy for Immune Thrombocytopenia and other rare hematologic diseases, where anti-CD20 therapy is standard of care off-label yet no product holds regulatory approval. Strategy: BLA 351(a) standalone orphan pathway, dual FDA/EMA submission, single pivotal study. FDA Orphan Drug Designations already granted. Evidence base: 5,000+ patients, 30+ Phase 2/3 trials. First approval targeted 2030. Lifecycle expansion via subcutaneous formulation and AI-driven indication extension post-approval.
