Within the Asia Pacific Region, Google Health and Health2Sync have partnered with Taiwan's National Health Insurance Administration and AI to stratify diabetes patients at risk of complications and then provide personalized digital interventions to improve outcomes. In Singapore, both Google Health and Health2Sync are developing software that will help citizens better manage hypertension and pre-diabetes. In Japan, software and digital engagement are also deployed in corporate and municipality funded disease management programs. And in Korea, healthcare providers are starting to leverage evidence-based software tools for efficiency in achieving government sponsored population health. Speakers from Asia Pacific, including Taiwan, Singapore, Korea and Japan, will discuss their vision for better chronic disease management as well as the perspectives of economics with health technology assessment (HTA) as provided by solution providers and payers.
