Pavilions in the BIO Exhibition are clusters of biotech companies from the same country, state, or interest area grouped together on the exhibit floor. A Pavilion is a minimum of 400 square feet.
Pavilion Space is available at $44/sq ft for a minimum of 400 sq ft.

When your company exhibits at BIO, you receive access to the BIO One-on-One Partnering System as part of your exhibit space package and your partnering meetings are held in your branded exhibit booth. Exhibitor Booth Partnering allows your company to have pre scheduled face-to-face meetings where your company’s thought leaders and brand is unified –in the BIO Exhibition.
While delegates that register for Partnering can also have private meetings in the BIO Business Forum, exhibitor booth partner meetings must take place in the BIO Exhibition and the number of meetings you can host is determined by the size of your booth.
To maximize your partnering opportunities at BIO, don’t be limited by the size of your booth. Expand your exhibit space to accommodate more meeting points or register additional company representatives for the BIO Business Forum to participate in a greater number of meetings.
