Each June, the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) holds its BIO International Convention, bringing together more than 20,000 attendees committed to biotechnology. This is a great opportunity for affiliates of BIO – exhibitors, corporate supporters, BIO members, patient groups, and nonprofit organizations – to hold meetings and events in connection with the four-day meeting.
All affiliate events held in conjunction with the 2024 BIO International Convention must adhere to the affiliate event guidelines, regardless of the meeting location. Please read through the guidelines before submitting your request.
Please note: Affiliate events will not be permitted during hours that conflict with the BIO 2024 program and events from Monday, June 3, 2024, through Thursday, June 6, 2024.

In order to submit an Affiliate Event application, the submitter MUST be registered attendee of the 2024 BIO International Convention.
