BIO has partnered with Events and Exhibits Marketing Association (E2MA) to assist your contractor in getting the proper credentials to install and dismantle any services for your booth. In addition to an agreement of services with the exhibitor, contractors must also register with E2MA in order to enter the hall during move in. Registration instructions and guidelines are available through the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Please note: The guidelines contain information holding the exhibiting company responsible for any remaining balances at the end of the exhibition. We recommend several conversations with your contractor regarding budgets to ensure there are minimal surprises onsite once billing is processed.
